Where is Premier RV & Boat Storage located?

What are the access hours?
Access your unit 24/7.
Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your RV and boat storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID, along with valid proof of ownership and insurance.
Is facility access controlled?
In order to enter and exit the facility an encrypted access card must be used.
What security measures are in place?
Both entry and exit are secured by a 8ft. verticle raise gate that have directional led lighting to let you know when to proceed into the property. The perimeter is secured by an 8ft decorative concrete fence, and there is 24/7 high definition video surveillance throughout the entire facility.
Can vehicles other than recreactional vehicles be stored at this facility?
Unfortunately, we only allow tow vehicles attached to the RV being stored.
Is power available to maintain charge on RV batteries?
Yes, all enclosed units and a select number of covered canopies will have an optional 15 amp, 120 volt recepticle for battery mantainers only.
Is there an age threshold on RV 's and boats that can be stored at this facility?
In order to maintain the highest level expersience for all our customers, age and condition of all untits will be assesed on a case by case basis prior to signing the lease.
